Introducing Our New Board Member: A Passionate Advocate for Community, Innovation and Impact

We are thrilled to introduce Charmaine Vaughan as the newest member of our Board of Trustees. With over 25 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, from charitable health trusts to the world's largest fast-moving consumer goods companies. Charmaine brings a wealth of expertise that will undoubtedly strengthen our mission and vision.

Charmaine has a natural ability to connect with people. A skilled networker, she has established strong community connections and is dedicated to uniting people and organizations around shared goals. This passion for collaboration has been demonstrated through her extensive voluntary work, which aligns with her value of giving back to the community.

Charmaine's voluntary roles are as diverse as their professional experience. She has been a strong advocate for local transport issues for many years, supported by her 16 year old son to highlight areas of potential for change to the local Board and Auckland Transport. She is also Secretary for the Meadowbank and St Johns Residents Association and is on the Nga Kaitiaki Hapori o Pourewa – The Community Guardians of Pourewa.

We are excited to have Charmaine join our Board, as her passion for community impact, communication skills, and commitment to fostering collaboration will be invaluable as we work towards furthering our goals and creating a positive, lasting change in our community
